The text above is referred to as "Lorem ipsum" and is used a placeholder for the real content that hasn't been put in a design yet. It's designed to look like real text at a glance, and not be uniform in content. If you were to use a few words repeated over and over, it would look like the following, which does not flow well and looks artificial.

Lorem ipsum is Latin, taken from a work of Cicero's, but it has been changed enough so that it is just about complete gibberish. Since it has no meaning, the focus is placed on the design of the piece instead.
Some common services and examples are:
- Virus removal (though this is becoming less common with Windows 7)
- A screen pops up and says you are infected, and that you need to buy a program to clean the infection
- Your computer freezes or reboots after getting past the logon screen
- Helping shop for a new computer, and then setting it up and transferring information from the old one
